You must be available on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 9:45 AM to 2:00 PM (4 hours and 15 minutes total) and consent to us using what we capture of you for our marketing purposes to participate!

Note: There will be stretches of time during the shoot where we won't need you actively in a shot but we need you to still be present and available during the entire time. This gives the camera crew the flexibility to get the content they need when they need it.

We will have drinks, snacks, and lunch available!
